Customer Checks-In or Books an Appointment

Using their mobile phone or computer, customers select the correct service and check-in to the virtual queue via your website, or by scanning a QR code. Then they receive a virtual ticket for their place in line.

Wait Anywhere and Receive Real-Time Updates

Now that the customer is securely in line and waiting to be seen, they can keep tabs on their place in line and receive real-time updates. Since they are likely off-site this will be through text message, or mobile notifications. However, these updates are also available on the TV and audibly in the lobby.

Notification of Customers Turn

Customers receive real-time updates on their queue status and estimated wait time. When it is time, the customer is notified that it is their turn and where to go. Since they are likely waiting off-site this notification will be through text message, or mobile notification. However, it can be audible, or visual (TV).
